This policy applies to all athletes ages 18 and younger, even if they are competing on a open team.
On Shabbat (7/16 and 7/23), Junior athletes may be checked out by a pre-approved individual. Advance authorization must be granted by parent using this form; no athlete will be permitted to leave unless form is completed in advance. The individual checking athlete out must be 21 years of age or older.
 
Shabbat Sign in/out procedures: We will have a sign in and out procedure in place. Parents/pre-approved individuals should find the manager on duty in the lobby (or coach, for athletes on Open teams) to sign out their child. ONLY pre-approved individuals may check out an athlete; ID must be presented.

The following will apply for each Shabbat:
Check-out time is: 3:30-5 p.m. (Friday) OR 9-10:30 a.m. (Saturday)
Check-in time is: 6-7:30 p.m. OR 9-10:30 p.m. (Saturday)

Visitors to the hotels may meet their athlete in the lobby. Visitors are prohibited from entering athlete hotel rooms.
