Beginning, Wednesday, September 30, 2020, Howland Local Schools will begin delivering breakfasts and lunches to its hybrid students and full-time remote students.  We will no longer be sending meals home with hybrid students on Mondays and Tuesdays, or hosting meal pickups for remote students on Wednesdays.  Instead, all meals will be delivered to both hybrid and full-time remote students on Wednesday mornings.

At the beginning of the school year, we asked families to complete our food service request form in order to receive breakfasts and lunches for the days their students weren’t in school.  If you filled out that form, you do not need to complete our new, online registration form.  Your meals will be delivered to the home address we have on file beginning Wednesday, September 30, 2020.

If you did not complete a request form, but wish to receive free breakfasts and lunches delivered to your home on Wednesdays for your student, you must complete this form.  You must fill out a new form for each student who will be receiving meals.

IN ORDER TO ENSURE DELIVERY ON WEDNESDAY, SEPTEMBER 30, 2020, YOU MUST COMPLETE THIS FORM BY 12 P.M. ON MONDAY, SEPTEMBER 28, 2020 OR HAVE ALREADY SUBMITTED THE ORIGINAL FOOD REQUEST FORM.
