Request Paperwork
As a vendor, you may request monthly, quarterly or yearly paperwork, which includes a break down of sales per price point for the time frame you select. Please note we do not itemize in this report, it will just be grouped together by price point.

Paperwork costs $10 per request/form put together. Once your request has been placed, we will send you an invoice. Once your invoice has been paid, we will get your documents together.
