The Fair Committee will provide the tables, chairs, and electricity if necessary.
The Vendor will be responsible for the provision of their decorations, cables, and equipment necessary.
The Vendor understands that table spaces are assigned on a first-come, first-served basis.
The Vendor will not sublet or rent out his/her assigned space at any time.
The Vendor is responsible for leaving the area in the same condition as they found it.
The Vendor will be responsible for any permits, licenses, or taxes required by the province/country.
The Vendor takes responsibility for any damages or incidents that occur at his/her space provided.
The Fair Committee is permitted to take photographs of the vendors table(s) and use these photographs for advertisements or promotion purposes.
The Vendor agrees to abide by all rules and regulations set forth by the Fair Committee organizers.
We the Fair Committee, reserve the right to censor any booth.
