Photo requests should be submitted at least 10 business days in advance. Requests made within 2 business days of an event or photoshoot will be charged a 20% rush fee. Photography assignments are prioritized by the overall impact and intended usage of the final images. A request does not guarantee the availability of a photographer.

Select images from events covered by PR/Stratcom will be available to download at the discretion of the MCOM team. Complete coverage of the event cannot be guaranteed. For more comprehensive coverage, or to include specific requests, please complete the request form to hire a photographer.
