This is a pre-registration form for group classes ONLY. Once your form is submitted, we will wait until our minimum required number of participants is met. Then, you will be contacted via email to indicate if your selection will be offered based on the minimum of participants required.

On that email you will receive instructions about payment of the course.

If you are NOT a beginner participant, we strongly recommend that you do the self-evaluation to know your estimated level before filling out the form. You will be invited to participate in a placement interview.
