PorchFourth Host Signup
Fill out this form to host a performer/s for PorchFourth.  You just need to have an open area for the performers and space for listeners to spread out - the street is fine, or maybe your neighbors will team up with you!  Performers are asked to bring all their own equipment to minimize contact.
