Cancellation Policy:
We offer 100% refunds for participants wishing to withdraw after the first session. Participants who want to withdraw after the second session will receive a 50% refund. Refunds will not be given after the third session.

Insurance benefits:
If you have insurance benefits that will cover part or all of the course fee, you will be issued a receipt after every session attended. Your receipt will say "Group Therapy" and include Cordelia's credentials as a Registered Psychotherapist. It is your responsibility to check that your insurance company covers group therapy.

Attendance:
In the effort to create and maintain a supportive group atmosphere, participants are encouraged to attend all 6 sessions and drop-ins or one-off class attendance is not allowed. Life happens and we understand if you're unable to make it to a session. However, you will not be reimbursed for missed sessions.

Full payment by e-transfer is required at time of registration. To complete your registration, please send an e-transfer to easingecoanxiety@gmail.com. The full cost is $460 including HST. Once payment is received, your place in the course will be confirmed by email.
