Gateron Optical Switch IC for possible GroupBuy by Swishy
When the world advances and new innovations and technologies come out it can be very hard to move forward due to wanting to stick to things you are familiar with, but the only way to truly advance is to try. As such I am looking for feedback on a possible Gateron switch GB I want to try. The reason why optical switch can be so revolutionary is they don't require a leaf which can all for all types of new things.Others benefits to using optical switches is they are hot swap and have a low response time. It would help a ton to know if there is any interest at all pertaining Optical switches and the future they could hold.

Another thing that is very important is the material of the switch it can make a difference in sound feel and experience. My Ideal material is what ever they used for gateron Ink and they have a good response and would be really easy to do for a first group buy.

So along with the fact that there aren't that many choices for optical Switches out currently there is also a lack of support for them as well. As such depending on the response I planned on making a PCB that could be sold along Side the GB or open source it.
