Please use this form to sign up for a trial of our club runs - sign-ups must be received by 9am on Wednesday (for Wednesday runs) and 2pm on Friday (for Saturday runs) and 9am on Tuesday (for Tuesday track)
- The groups meet at St Mary's School, Enford Street where there are limited changing facilities and a place to leave your bags.
- Runs start with a warm-up jog from the Seymour Centre to Speaker's Corner. Groups leave the Seymour Centre at 18:50.
- Further breakdown into pace groups happens near Speakers Corner, with runs starting from 19:00. We advise first timers to join the run at the St Mary's School.
Saturday runs
- Runs start and finish at 09:45 near Hyde Park Corner. Be sure to allow sufficient time as the groups leave on schedule!
- There is no bag-drop on Saturday morning
- The group have a social coffee in the Serpentine Bar and Kitchen after the run, you are most welcome to join.
Greenwich Hill sessions
- Meet at 9:30 on Saturday morning on Blackheath Avenue inside the Park
- You can usually store your gear in the boot of a car we usually have, at your own risk, whilst training.
- Training is usually over by around 11.00 am and you are welcome to join the group for coffee afterwards.
Tuesday track session
- Meet at 7pm by the sprint lanes/ main start line of Paddington track (Maida Vale)
- You should arrive ready for a dynamic warmup and drills, having already jogged 1km.
- The session finishes around 8pm
You are invited to join this session only if you are running at least 30 miles per week over 4-7 runs, or as a triathletes this may be 3 runs a week and not necessarily 30 miles but you would ideally be around sub 2:45 for an Olympic distance triathlon.
