For students graduating prior to last year’s graduating class may wish to use GA Futures to make a request. Otherwise, there is a fee: $5.00. If paying online there is a surcharge of $1.00, making the total $6.00.
The same procedure is also applied to those needing an official transcript provided to an employer.

Once we receive notice of the form and payment submission per county procedure, we will have the information required to pull the final transcript and send it to the identified destinations as needed.

Cash must be in person in exact change delivered to the school.

You are also welcome to use services like NeedMyTranscript.com which also chages a fee. If you choose that method you do not need to fill out this form. We will receive contact from them along with a check to process your request.
