Information collected is for Wayside Elementary School and will be used to communicate with families regarding Kindergarten registration for the 2024-2025 school year.

Please complete this form if you have a child that will be 5 years of age on or before September 1, 2024 OR if you are applying for Early Entrance Kindergarten (EEK) because your child will be 5 years on or after September 2, 2024 but on or before October 15, 2024.  You can find EEK information HERE

Please sign up for kindergarten orientation  IN-PERSON KINDERGARTEN ORIENTATION.   Students will visit a classroom and meet with teachers for a story and activity.
