Workshop with Martin Stübinger 14.06., 13.30-17.30

We are happy to announce a workshop held by Mag. Martin Stübinger Wednesday 14th of June at 14.00 in the framework of our next class meeting. In relation to the discussions and also conflicts that have been emerging previously, and also in relation to subjects such as triggering statements or content, representation of violence, colonialism and oppression that are on our minds and have been appearing time and again in our discussions, we decided to invite a professional moderator / coach for a workshop that will focus on the subject of values and communication also regarding possible conflicts emerging from different value systems. The workshop will offer a reflection of value systems („my values“ – „our values“), provide methods that will help getting to know the value systems of others. It will attempt to enhance all our perception and appreciation of differences as well as commonalities; and it will deal with such important questions such as the perception of boundaries of others and the connected maintenance of limits.

As we take your concerns that arose during one of the last class meetings seriously, and as we are aware that conflicts might have been appeased but perhaps not solved on a deeper level, we believe that such a workshop could be of great interest to everyone and a great opportunity to learn together, as a group, in order to strenghten our skills of communication and self-reflection in order to generate a respectful environment based on all our shared values.

The workshop will be held in English language in our class.
