TRINITYS TINY TREASURES PRESCHOOL FOR AGES 3-4 REGISTRATION FORM 2023-2024

Thank you for your patience as Tiny Treasures has gone through restructuring and hiring of some awesome, new staff!   We're ready to start taking registrations for our preschool / daycare wrap around session for the upcoming school year.    We will provide preschool for ages 3-4 in the morning (approx. 8-11:30 a.m.) and then provide day care for those same children throughout the afternoon until 4:00 p.m.    

Please complete the form below with the required information.  We will prioritize students who request the full time services, and fill in with part time requests as our capacity allows.   

You will be contacted with 3-5 business days with notification of your child's acceptance into Tiny Treasures.  At that time, a non-refundable $25.00 deposit will be due within one week to hold their spot for the upcoming school year.  Reminder:   Your child must be 3 years old as of September 1, 2023, and must be toilet trained by the time the school year begins.
