At Milk & Froth you have the opportunity to earn an average of $17/hour. This is an estimate based on 2022 that includes hourly wages and tips. 

As an Ice Cream Server, you will:
 - Be the strongest and most knowledgeable advocate of Milk & Froth to customers.
 - Spread happiness by serving incredible ice cream.
 - Gain valuable entrepreneurial skills and knowledge working in a fast-growing ice cream company.
 - Have ample opportunity for advancement within the company.

The expectations for Ice Cream Servers:
 - To provide world-class customer service to every customer, every time, no exceptions.
 - The ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment while maintaining exceptional    customer service and composure.
 - To have high integrity and reliability.
 - Be familiar with, and able to, articulate what makes Milk & Froth’s ice cream unique (we'll teach you!).
 - Be available to work on weekends and late nights (sometimes past 11 pm).

Skills required:
 - A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
 - An eagerness to give and receive constructive feedback.
 - Ability to speak to customers with articulation and passion.
 - Punctuality and attention to detail.
 - The physical stamina to stand for long periods of time and scoop ice cream.

Helpful attributes but not required:
 - Foodservice experience and ServSafe certificate.
 - A culinary or pastry background or experience.
 - A passion for ice cream.
