For the Ammonia Safety - HazWoper Awareness you are allowed to invite as many people as you would like and can allow them to participate for free or you can charge them a small fee. Generally charging a small fee has better turn out cause they have some skin in the game. The hosting company is responsible for marketing the event, registration, renting the venue where the event is to be held, prepare venue for attendees and speaker, providing any meals for participants, travel cost for ARTS presenter, and safety day fee speaking fee of $5,000.00, You may also invite vendors to be part of the day and they pay you a fee for being there. ARTS will provide 8 hours of speaking and 8 hour continue education certificate on Ammonia Safety and Hazwoper Awareness for all attendees, and will market the event to register with the host.
