Check In Time: Divisions 1-3 must be checked in by 5:30 and pageant will begin at 6:00
Divisions 4-7 must be checked in by 7:30 and pageant will begin at 8:00
PARADE: Sept 9th, 11:00am in downtown Mulberry
PLEASE DO NOT ARRIVE BEFORE YOUR DIVISION CHECK-IN TIME! Limited space backstage!
Entry Fee: $50
ATTIRE: Pageant Dress Only for all divisions! (Due to time and space, this will be the only clothing needed for this years competition).
RULES
1. A winner of a title may not compete again in the same division in which she holds a title, you must wait until you move up into the next age group.
2. Judge's decisions are final. Score sheets will not be handed out after the pageant.
3. If for any reason the winner is unable to fulfill her obligations, or for any reason which the pageant director deems unacceptable, they will relinquish their title immediately, and all privileges and prizes.
4. If for any reason, your permanent residence should change within your reign, privileges connected with the said title shall also be handed down to the first runner up.
5. Display of poor sportsmanship and/or unbecoming conduct, interference or disturbance, a behavioral problem created by a contestant, parent, guardian, or relative could result in disqualification of the contestant not only from this year's competition but also from future competitions. THIS WILL NOT BE TOLERATED!
6. Only contestant and one adult will be admitted to the fairgrounds free of charge with the armband. Armbands will be mailed out along with raffle tickets.
7. Winner is required to attend next year's pageant and crown the new winner and participate in the Annual Fair Parade. If the winner can compete the following year in the next division, and if she chooses to enter, she will not be able to crown.
8. ONE PERSON PER CONTESTANT BACKSTAGE! Please, do not get upset if you are asked to leave. If a person is asked more than once to leave, your contestant will not participate in the pageant! YOU MUST HAVE AN ARMBAND ON TO ENER THE BACKSTAGE AREA!
9. NO HAIRDRESSERS OR MAKEUP ARTISTS ARE ALLOWED BAKSTAGE. Hair and makeup must be done before arriving or by a parent only! NO EXCEPTIONS!
10. All contestants are required to participate in the annual fair parade on Sept 9th in downtown Mulberry. Line up will begin on Church Street (turn beside the Dairy Dip) and continue down street and pull in behind the lined up cars. You must furnish your own vehicle and signage. You are allowed to throw candy.
11. All contestants must be a resident of Crawford County six months prior to competition.
12. No refund once the entry form has been submitted.
13. ALL CONTESTANTS ARE REQUIRED TO SELL 25 RAFFLE TICKETS - these will be mailed to you. Make as many copies as you need. The person who sells the most raffle tickets will receive $100 cash prize!!!! This year's raffle will be for $300 (possibly more) in gift cards from local businesses.
