RARE Protogen Update Form
This form is for RARE Protogen ownership changes, design changes, and submitting a MYO design.
The first section is for collecting general information: how to contact you, the current character name and reference sheet, and what you would like to do with the character. Upon answering the final question here, you will be directed to the relevant section based on what you wish to use the form for.


How do the obtainment ways work?
1. MYO (Make Your own) - A MYO slot can either be bought or won through an official event that lists a Rare MYO as a prize. If you are not sure if you have a slot, please ask a moderator. If you dont own a MYO slot, your form will be declined by the staff.
2. Action - Koinu will host actions from time to time, in which you can purchase a pre-made Rare Protogen design.
3. Re-sale - If a current owner chooses to sell their Rare Protogen, they must fill the form in order to move the ownership to a different person.

This is for our master-list. We allow all owners to have the option of being listed publicly on the website. If you would like to remain anonymous on our list, you may choose to keep the design private. We will still list the design itself for character feature and for public record, but your name will not be listed. If you are changing ownership, you will need to ask the new owner to complete this question on the form. 
Private listing can be changed at any period of time!
