1. I/We have read the sailing instructions and agree to abide by them.
2. My/our boat is adequately covered by pleasure craft/marine insurance including third party insurance for racing.
3. I/we will comply with the safety equipment rules established by the class.
4. I/We am over 18 and am signing this form as the entrant/boat representative or where the competitor is under 18 as the parent/guardian of an under 18 competitor.

I/We acknowledge and agree that:
1. Competitors sail entirely at their own risk. Baltimore Sailing Club, it's race management team, officers and committee shall not be liable in the event of any claim for accident or mishap.
2. It is the sole responsibility of each helmsman/owner to decide whether to sail or continue sailing.
3. While we have procedures in place to minimise the need to assist or rescue a sailor, should the need arise you consent as parent/guardian to us carrying out whatever actions are necessary - up to and including putting your sailor into a RIB to bring them ashore.
