Zariah Cameron, a Graphic Design student at North Carolina A&T State University, is creating her own design initiative program to help black design students.
AEI (Advocate, Educate, Innovate) Design Program is an initiative program used to provide resourceful workshops, panel discussions, speaker series, and networking opportunities, centered around design. The goal is to further develop the skills and knowledge of design for black college students, in hope of showcasing more black representation, within the design industry.
Part of our program is offering lecture and speaker series
The Speaker Series is for all black college students in design. Lecture series specific to North Carolina A&T design students. This gives students a chance to receive an industry perspective on what they are already learning in the classroom. Upon accepting you will be provided the syllabus for the specific class that relates closely to your expertise to decide what topic you would like to teach.
