The purpose of this form is to ensure notification of your student's upcoming Florida Standards Assessments (FSA) and/or EOC. Per the Florida Department of Education (FDOE), no remote administrations are available for any statewide summative assessments. Students are not permitted to take Florida Standards Assessments at home or outside of the school day setting. This means that all iFlagler learners must come to campus to take their exams.

All iFlagler students will take their FSA/EOC assessments at their home-zoned schools. Please complete this form so that we may provide schools with accurate testing information. Separate forms will need to be completed for each individual student.
