As an organizing event host you are a representative of Friends of Amani Johnson. All volunteers and all others affiliated with Friends of Amani Johnson are expected to conduct themselves in a professional and ethical manner, maintaining high standards of integrity and the use of good judgment. We ask you to abide by the following guidelines. By accepting this, you certify that you have read and agree with this Code of Conduct and Agreement.

As an event organizer, you will:

Be polite & respectful even when others are not, because you are representing Warren for President to the public. Always assume good faith and be constructive with interactions with staff and volunteers. Ask questions if you need help.

AGREEMENT

I understand that as an Event Coordinator with Friends of Amani Johnson, I must comply with all directions from administrators.

I also agree that all information provided to me, including, but not limited to voter contact information and organizing materials, is confidential. I agree not to access, review, disclose or use confidential information without specific authorization. I also understand that even when I am no longer an Event Coordinator with Friends of Amani Johnson, any confidential information I have learned must continue to be kept confidential.

My authorization to serve in this role may be terminated at the discretion of a staff member of Friends of Amani Johnson at any time if it is determined to be in the best interests of Friends of Amani Johnson. I understand that any breach of these requirements will result in my termination and may result in legal action against me.
