The 15th Annual Staff Council Golf Outing will take place on Friday, August 9th.

Where: West Bolton Golf Club - 3324 Nashville Road, Jericho, VT 05465
When: Check-in begins at 9:00 am, game begins at 10:00 am.

UVM Affiliate Rate: $45.00
Non-UVM Guest Rate: $50.00

Price includes: Greens fees for 18 holes with cart, hors d'oeuvres, prizes.

You will be able to purchase Mulligans for one dollar. All proceeds from Mulligans sales will be donated to the Chittenden Emergency Food Shelf.

Register individually, as a two-person team, or a four-person team.
Play will follow a four-person scramble format. **One registration form per person.**
