The 2022 Local Food Forum & Expo is a wonderful opportunity for our local food community to learn, eat great food and connect with one another. We're looking for volunteers to help the entire day run smoothly. Many hands will make light work for all of us.

Please consider volunteering your time to help set up, clean up or organize programs throughout the day.

Review the list of our Volunteer opportunities throughout the Forum & Expo and indicate the times you are willing to help. Those who sign up for TWO (2) or more shifts to volunteer will be emailed a Promo Code to receive FREE Registration to the Local Food Forum, as long as volunteer slots are available. The number of volunteers needed for each time slot is listed.

We will be in touch with you the week of September 5, 2022 to confirm your availability and let you know when & where your help is needed. If you wish to volunteer with a friend, let us know that too. Please email Janet@NEIfood.org with any questions.

7:00am - 8:00am: Room Set-up & Help Exhibitors unload equipment (8 volunteers)

7:45am - 9:15am: Registration Check in (3 volunteers)

11:00am - 12:30pm: Assist with Morning Breakout Sessions (4 volunteers )

12:30pm - 1:30pm: Oversee compost/recycling/waste system during lunch (2 volunteers)

1:30pm - 2:30pm: Assist with Lunch Clean-up (6 volunteers)

2:30pm - 4:00pm: Assist with Afternoon Breakout Sessions (4 volunteers)

3:30pm - 6:00pm After Party Registration Check-in (2 volunteers)

3:45pm - 5:15pm: Assist with After Party (2 volunteers)

5:15pm - 6:45pm: Assist with After Party (2 volunteers)

7:00pm - 8:00pm: Forum & Expo Tear Down & Clean-up (10 volunteers)
