A few items we consider when evaluating buyers for our program: 

• Preference is given to early applications (during pilot program phase).
• Buyers must be located within San Diego County boundaries.
• Buyers must be an operating business with at least 2 trade references from other servicing food vendors. 
• Volume requested from buyer should be of a restaurant volume nature with sufficient supply to support the commercial fishing operations off the coast of San Diego.
