📃 The purpose of the following questionnaire is to collect student feedback on the rotational year's practices

👥 The questionnaire is completely anonymous and the results will only be processed and presented to the relevant course leaders and faculty leaders after graduation, so neither you nor your class will be disadvantaged by completing it.

🗣️ With this in mind, we ask you to answer the questions honestly so that we can use your feedback to effectively improve the rotational year's practices for future grades.

🔃 You can only give feedback on one subject (and one place of practice) in a single completion. If you would like to give feedback on more than one subject (or more wards/departments), you can do so by filling in a new one.
