The INTIX Mentor Program, leadership and participants, are asked to acknowledge, adhere to and be guided by an ethical code that includes: recognition of the INTIX mission To Ignite Success; respect for others and themselves; is a zero tolerance environment free from any form of harassment; prohibits sales pitches; prohibits employment expectations or recruitment; does not tolerate exploitative behavior, in any form, towards fellow participants; respects the confidentiality of all participants; facilitates the creation of a professional network of contacts; and ensures the primary purpose of the program is forum for professional mentor relationships for INTIX members. The guiding principle of the INTIX Mentorship Program is to deepen your INTIX and industry career by fostering and facilitating the mutual sharing of experience, knowledge, expertise between members whether seasoned professionals, mid-career or just starting a career in the live entertainment and ticketing industry. *
