This is an initiative by Scholarly Peers (https://www.scholarlypeers.com/) that aims to collate information about early career researchers who are interested in serving as journal peer reviewers. This is Phase 1 of the repository and we are currently focusing on early career researchers in the disciplines of
EDUCATION and
APPLIED LINGUISTICS.
By "early career researchers", we refer to:
- doctoral students who are currently registered for a PhD or equivalent degree; have completed all coursework; have an approved dissertation proposal
- researchers within eight years of their PhD award (this is from the time of the PhD ‘viva’ oral test), or equivalent professional training; or within six years of their first academic appointment (the first full or part time paid employment contract that lists research or teaching as the primary function) (UKRI).
