The results of this survey will be published online to the Global Nutrition Report's N4G commitment tracking website, at https://globalnutritionreport.org/resources/nutrition-growth-commitment-tracking. You can use this URL to check back on your organisation's commitments and reported progress from the 2019 assessment before completing the survey.

Please complete the survey by 10 July 2020, and return it by email to N4G@globalnutritionreport.org by July 10th 2020. Both the data entered in the survey and the results of the progress assessment will be shared with you before publication, to allow time for any amendments. Vague responses may result in a 'not clear' or 'off course' assessment.
