Spring Preregistration
IMPORTANT - PLEASE READ ALL:

*This preregistration does NOT secure a spot in class!  Class sizes are limited.

*Please only complete the form once.

*You will receive an email within 1 week which will either include an offer for a spot in class(es) or a waitlist notification.   This email will include instructions on how to complete the registration process if you are offered a spot.  Please keep an eye out for the email! If registration is not finalized, we will move on to our waitlist after 1 week.

*Classes start Feb 1, Spring recital on June 13th, classes end June 26th.

*Tuition will NOT be prorated if your dancer misses a class - make-up classes are offered. Tuition is due monthly.

*There is a strict dress code for our dance classes, including shoes and hair (listed below).

I understand that monthly tuition is due the FIRST week of every month (paid at the TT community center). Tuition months are February, March, April, May and June.  Tuition will not be  prorated if the dancer misses a class (makeup classes are available).      *First months tuition (February) will be due ASAP if you are offered a spot in class. This will secure your child's spot.   *
I would like my child to participate in the recital on June 13th. I understand that there is a $55 costume fee (per class), which is due by February 15th in order to participate in performance events. Costumes are non-refundable.  *Ballet, tap & tumble classes and jazz/lyrical get 1 costume, PBT does not do recital. *
I understand that a Covid prescreen form and a temperature check must be completed before each class. If my dancer is showing any symptoms of Covid-19, in quarantine, has been exposed, or is awaiting test results, my child cannot go to dance class (make up classes may be arranged).  Masks are required inside the MCCS building for adults and children ages 11+.  Wearing a mask when dancing is optional and it is encouraged that your child has a mask on or in their dance bag.  Dancers will enter and exit through separate doors. Sanitizer will be provided before and after class.  Dancers will have assigned spots over 6 feet apart in their own  area. Parents in Two Twos and Wiggle & Move will assist with social distancing. *
I understand that the lobby is closed due to Covid restrictions and that I cannot be in the dance room or lobby during my child's class (there is a large window that parents may watch through).   *Wiggle & Move and Two-Twos classes may have parents in the room to help with social distancing. *
I understand that there is a dress code for class (see class description page above for details) to include hair and shoes.   *Some classes such as PBT and acrobatics require additional equipment.  Ballet classes must have hair in a secured bun *
