يعتمد تقييم المتقدمين على معايير التقييم أدناه
معايير التقييم:
- يحل مشكلة: هل الفكرة تعالج مشكلة معينة تكبد الجمهور المستهدف تكلفة؟ يجب أن تقدم قيمة للعميل يمكن قياسها كمياً حتى يدفع ثمنها.
- خلق فرص عمل: هل تخلق الفكرة وظائف وفرص عمل جديدة للشباب المحلي
- تمكين المرأة: هل الفكرة تمكن أو تؤثر بشكل مباشر على المرأة في المجتمع؟
- التكلفة / المنفعة: هل فائدة الفكرة أكبر من التكلفة الحالية للتعامل مع المشكلة؟ . هل هناك أشخاص (زبائن) على استعداد لدفع الثمن مقابل المنفعة التي تحققها الفكرة؟
- تأثير اجتماعي آخر: هل للفكرة تأثير غير مباشر بخلاف الأثر الرئيسي للنشاط؟
- الكفاءات والخبرات: هل الشركاء / "فريق العمل" يكملون بعضهم البعض من حيث الكفاءات والخبرة لتحقيق جميع النتائج المتوقعة؟
- الإدارة: هل يمتلك مقدم الطلب القدرات الإدارية الكافية لتنفيذ المشروع؟
- قطاع الأعمال: البيئة أو البناء ، وخاصة السباكة
- الأنشطة السابقة: أي إثبات للأنشطة السابقة؟
- تغطية جغرافية: هل الفكرة مطبقة وتفيد المجتمع في شمال لبنان خاصة في منطقة البداوي؟
- المنتج / الخدمة: هل قام مقدم الطلب بتفصيل معلومات كافية حول المنتج / الخدمة؟
- التكنولوجيا / مختلفة أم أفضل: هل الفكرة مرتبطة بتكنولوجيا جديدة أو ابتكار (تحسين على الموجود) أم ابتكارية (شيء جديد) أم مختلف عن ما هو موجود؟
- الإنتاج / الموردين: هل من السهل الوصول إلى الموردين لإنتاج المنتج / الخدمة.
ملاحظة: يتم الاحتفاظ بسرية المعلومات ، وسيتمكن الموظفون المعتمدون فقط من الوصول إلى هذا النموذج عند ملئه. ستكون جميع البيانات للاستخدام الداخلي فقط ولن يتم مشاركتها مع أطراف خارجية.

The evaluation of the applicants will be based on the evaluation criteria below
Evaluation Criteria:
- Delivers Value/ Solves a Problem
Is the idea address a specific problem that is incurring a cost to the target audience? It must deliver value to the customer that can be quantified so they will pay for it.
- Jobs Creation
Does the idea create new jobs & opportunities for the local youth
- Women Empowerment
Does the idea empower or directly affect women in the country
- Cost / Benefit
Is the benefit of the idea is more than the current cost of dealing with the problem? . is there people willing to pay the price for the benefit the idea delivers?
- Other Social impact
Is the idea has an indirect impact other than the main impact of the activity?
- Competencies & Experiences
Do the partners / Team "Staff" complement each other in terms of competences and expertise to achieve all expected results?
- Management
Do the Applicant have adequate management capacities to implement the project?
- Business sector
Environmental or Construction, especially plumbing
- Previous activities
Any proof for previous activities?
- Geographical coverage
Is the idea implemented and benefit the community in the North of Lebanon especially in Baddawi?
- Product / Service
Does the applicant detailed enough information about the product / service?
- Technology / Different or Better
Is the idea related to a new technology or an innovation (improvement over existing) or inventive (something new) or different then what exists?
- Production / Suppliers
Is it easy reach out suppliers to produce the product/Service.
