Any missionary actively seeking support from Cowboy Fellowship must complete this application and submit any additional information requested by the Missions Team per the Missions Policies and Procedures.  Please note that the Missions Team will perform an annual review of ministries supported and will recommend whether to continue or discontinue support on a yearly basis. New applications are accepted each year in October for the following year. Decisions will be made by December 1st.

Listed below are the duties and requirements of missionaries who Cowboy Fellowship agrees to support. Please consider them before applying.

1. Submit a new application requesting support every year in October.
2. Agree to be held accountable to Cowboy Fellowship.
3. Maintain communications at least quarterly throughout the year with newsletters, letters, emails, etc.
4. Visit Cowboy Fellowship while on furlough.
5. If applying as a non profit organization, please answer the questions accordingly based on the organization's mission statement and goals, not as an individual. You may answer required questions with N/A.

The requested information in this application will assist the Cowboy Fellowship Mission Team in determining if your missionary work is compatible with the present goals of our missions ministry.  After this information has been received and reviewed, you will be notified whether or not support will be allocated to your mission work.
