My name is Esther Bertram and I've been Vegan for 20 years. I have spent the last months building an online membership platform to connect vegans businesses and vegans. The business is past the build stage, it has had beta-testers and a soft pre-launch and is now ready to be officially launched.

Before IVWT is released properly to the world I wish to find 4 skilled and motivated vegans to join the head office team of “IN VEGANS WE TRUST” as equal revenue share partners.

20% each between 5 core members. Approx. 10hrs time investment each per week. It is a project that will hopefully build and grow for the next 5, 10 , 20+ years. Who knows as long as we thrive.

To apply you need at least 10hrs available (inintally) to dedicate to the project per week, ongoingly, plus the right skills and commitment to it as we get through the startup phase, a time of little or no revenue.

I have decided to do something a little radical with this project and have an equal revenue team rather than the  traditional outsourcing/hiring approach. Although I have spent thousands on the build of the platform and creation of marketing assets, and invested many months of my time so far, when I find the right 4 other members, I’m willing to offer each of them 20% of the profits (once we are making profits.) So, this will be an equal split of 20% each for the 5 of us…including myself....and an equal split of time investment as well.

With such a structure, the 5 team members will receive the benefit of being part of an equal team who share the same goals, passion and commitment. And with 5 of us, the time commitment of approx. 10hrs a week is manageable even when we have other employment.

I'm  the right fit with 4 others who share my passion and wish to work on and be part of a vegan project that helps vegan businesses to thrive and helps vegans’ to access great vegan offers amongst other things. When asked below the correct answer to 5+5 = 11. Our team of 5 will be the head office of a hopefully soon to be thriving worldwide vegan community.

I’ve been vegan for 20 years and have created this project as I wanted an outlet for my vegan passion and technology and marketing skills, but without needing to face the dark side of veganism (as I’m too sensitive to be around animal suffering and be part of the activism side.)

WHO I’M LOOKING FOR….
A social media manager, a content creator, a sales and account manager, and a customer success manager. having a mix of skills is looked on favourably as between the 5 of us we need to be able to do most tasks to minimise outsouceing. Ideally I’m looking for someone from Europe/UK, someone from USA, someone from Asia and another person from anywhere. But character and skills are more important than location.

You might be one of the people I’m looking for if you can answer yes to ALL of the following…

• Are you 100% Vegan and have been 100% vegan longer than 2 years and there is not a single chance you will ever not be vegan?
• Are you a self-motivated person who takes initiative with things…ie Entrepreneurial nature, doesn’t need to be chased up? It’s fine if you work better within frameworks and like to be given tasks, but are you someone who gets things done without needing to be reminded?
• Are you a great communicator?
• Does the idea of being part of a small and passionate team of like-minded vegans on a mission to mix passion, purpose and profit appeal to you?
• Do you see yourself as someone with drive, energy and “can do” attitude?
• Do you have at least 10hrs a week free you can dedicate to the project for an equal share of the profit revenue with 4 other team members?
• Are you willing to stick with this project through the growth phase and work consistently on it as part of the team over the next years?
• Do you have more than one skill in either business, admin, content creation, writing, accountancy, social media, HR or other relevant online business skills?
• Are you a person of integrity, honesty, fairness, consciousnesses, reliability, professionalism, and kindness?
• Do you work well on your own and also with others?
• Do you yearn for working on a project that actively makes a difference in peoples and animals’ lives?
