TO GET STARTED WITH THE APOLLO ENDURANCE LAB YOU NEED TO FOLLOW THESE 5 STEPS:

0. GARMIN (or Wahoo) DEVICE

If you do triathlon, we strongly recommend a Garmin multisport watch as the bare minimum you need to start training with the Apollo Endurance Lab

1. STRAVA

If you don't have a Strava account, please register to Strava and download the app: https://www.strava.com/mobile

1.1 find our 'open community' Strava club and join the club via: https://www.strava.com/clubs/community-apollo-endurance-lab

In our open Strava club we share our workshops & Apollo group races & events. You can register via these events.

1.2 find our 'closed' Strava club & request to be added via https://www.strava.com/clubs/Members-Apollo-Endurance-Lab

Our closed group is only for Apollo Endurance Lab members. Via this club we schedule all our group training sessions + member only events. You register to these sessions via the event section of this Strava club. You can also find the direct links to our group training sessions here: https://apollo-amsterdam.com/pages/weekly-training-sessions

1.3 Connect you Garmin / Wahoo account to Strava

Please note: make sure to allow Routes, Workouts & Activities to be shared between the two platforms

2. TRAININGPEAKS

If you don't use TrainingPeaks yet, please download the app & register:

Please note: you don't need TrainingPeaks Premium (straight away). You'll get a 14 days free trial. If you have doubts whether to pay for TrainingPeaks, please check one of the Apollo Endurance Lab coaches.

2.1 Connect TrainingPeaks to your Garmin / Wahoo account (this is an automatic option when you register to TrainingPeaks)
