We hope you and your family can attend our in-person event this year, celebrating the music that is meaningful to us. Music is a big part of our lives, and the songs we love often reflect the cultures, places, and eras that shaped us. So, let's come together and learn more about each other and the songs that have influenced, comforted, or inspired us.

Please let us know if you can come. We will also ask you to tell us below about your favorite music, and we will hopefully be able to play everyone's favorites during our gathering!

Please also sign up for potluck food/drink items that might represent your culture.  We define culture very broadly so that it includes not only country of origin and ethnicity, but any life experiences, traditions, affiliations, or identities that helped shape who you are today.  Please note that you are more than welcome to bring an alcoholic beverage of your choice in place of the food item.

Will you attend the Department of Psychiatry Cultural Celebration on Thursday March 28th at 5 PM at the Medical Education and Technology (MET) building? *
How many (including yourself) will attend? Please know that children and families are welcome.
Please share with us a type of music or artist or song that is meaningful for you or represents your culture. Please also tell us briefly what makes this music special to you.  We will create a slideshow and a playlist for our celebration.

You are welcome to include links, e.g., YouTube, to your musical selection.
What food or beverage item might you bring? You are not required to bring food; alcoholic beverages of any kind are welcome.
