SY24 BOES Car Rider Information 
Hello Families! Please take a moment to complete the form below. 
BUS RIDERS DO NOT have to complete this FORM. 

All Families will be assigned a CAR RIDER TAG NUMBER. Returning Families will be assigned the same car tag number. You will receive (2) CAR TAGs that will hang from your Rearview Mirror and matching Small TAGS that will be attached to your scholars book bag. We will NOT release any students from the car zone unless the parent has an issued TAG Number. CAR TAGS can be picked up from the school beginning Friday, August 25th from 10am - 12pm. Pre-Kindergarten and Kindergarten tags will be distributed during orientation on Friday, August 25th.
