Hike Leader: Guide nature enthusiasts through Split Oak Forest. Share your knowledge and passion for the environment as you lead groups on educational hikes.

Bioblitz Coordinator: Receive training to organize bioblitz events, where volunteers quickly catalog as many species as possible. Help participants engage with nature and contribute to biodiversity tracking.

Species Tracking Specialist: Assist in monitoring the wildlife of Split Oak Forest. Learn and teach others how to use iNaturalist or similar platforms to record and track various species found in the forest.

Communications Assistant: Play a key role in managing FOSOF's online presence. Work under the guidance of Valerie to create engaging content for our social media platforms and newsletters.

Fundraiser Host: Lead fundraising initiatives to support FOSOF's mission. Organize events and campaigns encouraging community participation and financial support for our conservation efforts.

Gopher Tortoise Day Organizer: Coordinate this special event, involving vendor liaison, graphic design, and event planning to celebrate and raise awareness about gopher tortoises.

Outreach Manager: Engage with our community proactively. Contact individuals on the FOSOF list via phone and email to invite them to events, ensuring they are well-informed and encouraged to participate for better event turnout.

Legal and Policy Research: Conduct in-depth research on environmental laws and policies to aid in the advocacy and protection efforts for Split Oak Forest.

Event Planning and Coordination: Coordinate and execute various events, managing logistics and community engagement to support and promote the conservation initiatives of Split Oak Forest.
