Adoption Application, Contract and Waiver Edwards Animal Sanctuary
Edwards Animal Sanctuary is a non-profit animal rescue. We are a volunteer based organization dedicated to the rescue and placement of abused, neglected and unwanted cats and kittens. These animals come from people who can no longer care for them, shelters, other rescue groups and from outside (cats that require trapping to get them to safety).

What to expect from the adoption process:
The adoption fee is $275 per cat/kitten; $500 for two. When we receive your application, we will follow up to verify any other information needed. Please note that completing this application does not put the applicant under any obligation and does not guarantee that the applicant will receive a cat/kitten. All information is kept strictly confidential. Please complete the application as thoroughly as possible.

Agreement
By clicking the submit button, I agree to Edwards Animal Sanctuary's adoption process, will undergo a homecheck, and interview at the discretion of Edwards Animal Sanctuary.

By clicking the submit button, I understand Edwards Animal Sanctuary will check my references including veterinary and personal.

By clicking the submit button, I understand there is an adoption donation associated with adoption of a pet from Edwards Animal Sanctuary. I understand this donation will ensure the organization is equipped to rescue another homeless pet.

By clicking the submit button, I understand that if I no longer want or can no longer care for my adopted pet, I agree to make arrangements for my pet to be taken back into Edwards Animal Sanctuary.

By clicking the submit button, I agree to indemnify and hold harmless Edwards Animal Sanctuary against any losses, lawsuits, claims, injury, damages incurred by me or to any persons or property by my adopted pet, once adoption has been completed.
