Movesense Academic Program equips scientists and researchers with sensor hardware and tools for efficient measuring and collecting of motion and physiology data. The program is initiated by the Movesense team at the Finnish sports watch expert Suunto and the Movesense development partner Kaasa solution GmbH from Germany.

With this form, you can apply for being part of the program. Movesense team reviews the applications on weekly basis and invites up to three projects per quarter to the program.

By submitting this application, you agree to mention Movesense in scientific articles and other publications related to your research project and refer to www.movesense.com as a source for more information on Movesense when possible if invited to the program.

Further, you agree to provide the Movesense team with material related to your research project that can be used in news articles on www.movesense.com and shared in Movesense social media and allow Movesense to list their project as part of Movesense Academic Program in Movesense communication.

Movesense team has the right to select applications at its own consideration and is not obliged to explain why a project was selected or not selected to the program.

- Innovativeness and usefulness of the research project
- Potential of commercial applications of the project results
- Utility value of Movesense sensors for completing the project
- Potential of the project to build awareness for Movesense
- Additional non-published criteria of Movesense and Kaasa solution teams
