2023년 가을학기 참사랑 한국학교 등록 안내입니다. 

저희 참사랑 한국학교는 다음의 교육 철학을 기반으로 학교를 운영하고 있습니다.

한국학교를 통해 이 땅에서 자라는 우리 아이들이 건강한 자신의 정체성을 찾아가고 뿌리를 배우며 성장할 수 있는 기회가 될 수 있도록 노력하겠습니다. 아시다시피 미국에서 자라고 있는 우리의 자녀들은 인종 적으로는 한국인, 보다 넓은 범주 아래에서 아시안인으로 보이기 때문에 때때로 피할 수 없는 자신의 정체성에 대한 혼란을 경험하게 됩니다. 이러한 우리 아이들에게 아시아의 역사와 문화를 미국 공교육 안에서 배우기는 쉽지 않습니다. 미국에서 자라는 아이들이 성장하는 과정에서 경험하는 정체성 혼란은 가정 안에서부터 잘 이해되어야 합니다. 그리고 그 아이들이 본인의 뿌리와 역사를 알며 성장하는 것은 자신의 자아를 확립함에 있어 매우 중요한 역할을 하는 것이 분명합니다. 그래서 저희 한국학교는 우리 아이들이 한국 문화와 한글, 역사 수업을 통해 성장 과정에서 자신의 건강한 정체성을 찾아갈 수 있도록 돕는 커리큘럼을 제공하려 합니다. 그래서 한국어 수업뿐만 아니라 다양한 역사와 문화 수업을 통해 한국 학교에서만 배울 수 있는 교육을 지속적으로 해 나갈 것입니다. 무엇보다도 다음 세대를 위해 한국 학교를 제공하는 것은 저희 교회의 교육 선교의 중심 비전입니다.

Dear Parents,

This is an enrollment guide for Chamsarang Korean School for the Fall semester of 2023. Our school is founded on a philosophy that aims to help children establish their identity, learn about their roots and culture, and grow in a safe environment. 

Growing up in the United States, our children are often identified as Korean or Asian-Americans, which can lead to confusion about their identity. It's difficult for them to learn about their own history and culture of Asia through public education, which is why we provide a curriculum that not only helps them overcome these struggles but also helps them develop a healthy identity. By learning about their heritage, our students can develop a strong sense of pride as Asian-Americans or Korean-Americans.

Our goal is to provide this education to the next generation in our church community. We offer diverse activities and classes to engage our students and make learning enjoyable. We are committed to providing successful and progressive education for the Fall semester and beyond.

I acknowledge that I have chosen to join the activities organized by Chamsarang Korean School of my own accord. To participate, I release, discharge, and hold harmless Chamsarang Korean school, its directors, officers, employees, agents, volunteers, and associated teachers from any and all liabilities, claims, demands, actions, causes of action, costs, and expenses (including attorney fees) of any kind, known or unknown, that may arise from my involvement in the activities.

I am aware that the activities organized by Chamsarang Korean School may involve certain risks, including but not limited to physical exertion, possible injury, and potential exposure to illness or contagious diseases. I acknowledge that I have been fully informed of the inherent risks associated with the activities and I voluntarily assume all such risks.

By checking below, I acknowledge that I have read this liabilities release confirmation in its entirety, understand its contents, and agree to be legally bound by its terms.

I hereby grant permission to Chamsarang Korean School to use photographs or video recordings of my child, as named above, for the following purposes:

School Publications: These may include, but are not limited to, newsletters, brochures, yearbooks, and promotional materials.

School Website and Social Media: These may include, but are not limited to, the school's official website, official social media accounts, and other online platforms used for educational purposes.

I understand that the photographs or video recordings will be used solely for educational or promotional purposes related to Chamsarang Korean School.

I acknowledge that granting or denying permission for the use of photographs or video recordings of my child is voluntary, and it will not affect their participation in any school activities or programs.
