When we gather for Tacoma Pride, we are joined by over 100 supportive organizations and businesses. In 2020, we are offering a different way for these partners to participate in Tacoma Pride. A Point of Pride is any business or organization that commits to centering and celebrating the LGBTQ community with us on July 11th. Participating organizations will need to register. We ask that Points of Pride commit to donating, as they are able, to Rainbow Center. Each Point of Pride will offer a special promotion or activity in recognition of Tacoma Pride. Examples include a food or drink special, a Pride sale, Pride themed games or activities.

We support creativity and would love to fill Tacoma with Pride. Having many Points of Pride increases LGBTQ visibility and encourages folks to visit local organizations and businesses (safely and in line with current guidelines). We will support Points of Pride both IRL and in the virtual world. We will provide each with a way to mark their participation. Rainbow Center reserves the right to cap or limit participation.
