2024 HCA Summer Camp Registration Form
An HCA Admin member will follow up with each registration. If you have any questions, please contact us at info@hcarts.ca or call 905-528-4020  Please fill out one form for each camper.

Camp Refund policy: Due to limited spaces in our camps, if the camper needs to withdraw from a program, we require 30 days written notice to issue a refund.  $25 Administration fee for cancellation will apply.
