CalChiro is committed to diversity and inclusion in our membership and in the chiropractic profession as a whole. The association, guided by these principles, is offering three $1,000 Diversity and Inclusion Scholarships, one for each California Chiropractic College: Life Chiropractic College West, Palmer College of Chiropractic West Campus and Southern California University of Health Sciences for the academic year 2022.

These scholarships are intended to help support a diverse chiropractic student body within our California schools. The areas of diversity can include, but are not limited to: Race, Ethnicity, Gender Identity, Sexual Orientation, Religion, Age, Disability and Single Parent. The goal of the scholarship is to increase the overall diversity of chiropractors practicing in California to more accurately reflect the diversity of the people of our state.
 
The ideal Diversity and Inclusion Scholarship recipients will demonstrate a commitment to advocating for diversity and inclusion in their educational career as well as in the community at large.
 
All eligible applicants who meet the eligibility criteria by the deadline will be considered. The final date to apply is Friday, July 14. The Diversity and Inclusion Scholarship Task Force will notify applicants of the outcome of their application via email. This scholarship will be awarded at CalChiro’s Fall Conference 2023 on Saturday, November 18, 2023 at the Meritage Resort & Spa Napa Valley. The winners will receive free admission to the recognition party but will be responsible for their own transportation and lodging.
