Thank you for your interest in providing a program through Community Ed. This form is to invite you to submit a program proposal for the 2022-23 school year .  

Below are the parameters for offering programs with Community Ed:

-Programs can be offered in-person or online
-Programs can be one-time only or in 6 or 10 week sessions that meet once per week.
-Programs can be 30, 60 or 90 minutes per meeting.
-Online programs would be offered live using Zoom (training for Zoom would be provided by Community Ed)
-Online instructors would need to have access to a computer/laptop/iPad that has a camera.
-Instructors hired by Community Ed are paid $20/hr.  This rate is non-negotiable.
-For organizations that would like to become a collaborative partner with Community Ed, there will be a 60-40 gross revenue split and a signed collaborative partner contract is required. Note: The percentage split can change if the program will be offered at your facility.
-Instructors hired by Community Ed may have an opportunity to write curriculum for the program and be paid for that time. The curriculum will then be owned by Community Ed. Please contact us for more information regarding curriculum writing time.

Below is our 2022-23 program planning timeline to provide you with a guideline on when we are building our program schedules for upcoming sessions and searching for instructors and accepting program proposals:

-Fall 2022 Session: Starts September 2022 (Plan Period March-April 2022)
-Winter/Spring 2023 Session: starts January 2022 (Plan Period August-October 2022)
-Summer 2023 Session: starts June 2023 (Plan Period October-December 2022)
