Free Summer Choir Summer Camp --- BayEcho Chamber Singers
Looking for something to do this summer? Hoping to sing more but don't know where to start or don't want to sing alone?

BayEcho will be starting a choral program, BayEcho Chamber Singers. Students can expect to develop in the skills of reading music, harmonizing, and performing. Singing with an ensemble is a great place for students to find a safe space to relax, be open, feel accepted, and grow in life. Students can also expect to find BayEcho Chamber Singers as a place to grow in leadership and be encouraged out of one's comfort zone.

The choir will be planning to meet in person (unless county regulations otherwise prohibit) with social distancing precautions. Some musical experience is preferred, but not required, as the choir will be mainly singing unaccompanied music ranging from acapella pop to classical choral pieces.

Students will be expected to work on learning music at home to be prepared for rehearsals as guided in class.

Start date: July 13th
Rehearsal times: Monday, Wednesday, Friday, 1-2:30 PM (time subject to change based on student availability)
Attendance availability – attend a minimum of 2 rehearsals a week, making up work and learning for missed rehearsals.

Location: small Parking lot @ the back of the building of 20432 Silverado Ave, Cupertino, CA 95014

Participating in this choir is free, and all interested will be requested to schedule a zoom audition/interview.
