The Michigan Journal of International Affairs is an entirely student-run publication that covers a variety of topics related to foreign affairs. These topics can range from politics to sports to technology. Please read the following information and complete the form below the to submit an article.
We are accepting submissions of 750-2,000 word op-ed, informative, and narrative style pieces on international topics for online publication on our website,
mjia.org. Any University of Michigan student is welcome to submit a piece for consideration.
Articles should be narrowly focused in terms of country/region and topic. Examples of acceptable pieces can be found on our website. Along with your submission, we ask for hyperlinked citations to verify the information in your piece. You may select an open source image to accompany the article. Additionally, we expect that your piece is being offered to us exclusively for publication.
Shortly after submitting your article for consideration, our Digital Editor will reach out with a decision regarding your piece and feedback.
