It's important to us to make the conference financially accessible to people who are excited to come. While we keep the prices for the conference as low, the money we make just covers our monetary expenses and labor costs at about $8 per hour. The work exchange rate is $70. All participants are expected to contribute 2 hours of work during the conference. Our standard work exchange option requires an additional 4 hours (6 total). Other work exchange options may be possible for a further reduction in registration fees on a limited basis.

We will be making determinations about work exchange applications in batches periodically before the conference.
