RE Ministry - Making it Happen
We strive to offer a meaningful experience for all children who come to MUUF, but we cannot do this without help.  We expect that parents/caregivers will offer assistance.  We are sensitive that many parents need the respite that worship can provide, so we will work with you to find this balance between supporting your children and caring for your own needs.  The Director of Religious Exploration or a member of the Religious Exploration Committee will meet with you within the first six months to discuss how you can best support RE.  Thank you.
Permission
Do you give permission for photos/videos of your children to be used in media, including the MUUF newsletter, our website, Facebook and other forms of social media?  No names will be attached to photos of children without  permission of the parent/caregiver. *
In a medical emergency, all efforts will be made to reach the parent/caregiver. If a parent or caregiver cannot be reached, do you authorize the adult in charge to obtain emergency medical services for your child?  Note: All field trips and overnight events will need paper copies of permission slips and health forms.  These will be provided at the time of the event. *
By being in community, we learn best and love best. We hope you will consider becoming a member of the Midcoast Unitarian Universalist Fellowship. However, this is not a requirement to be active in Religious Exploration programs.
