The Lacrosse Victoria Primary School State Championships is open to all schools and provides an opportunity for schools across Victoria to come together and participate in a state wide Lacrosse tournament.
The tournament details for 2020 are:
Location:  Fawkner Park, 24-88 Commercial Rd, South Yarra VIC 3141
Date: Friday 4 December 2019
Time: 10.00am - 2.00pm
Format: Pool play + finals
Divisions: Girls Year 5 and 6 (combined), Mixed/Boys Year 5 and 6 (combined)
Team size: 8-10 players
Cost: Per team $80 (fees will be waived if a team is supported by a representative from a lacrosse club to umpire through the whole day).

Registering a Team
Schools are asked to register their team(s) by Friday 20th November 2020 using this online form. Schools can register in advance before they finalise their participant details.  A separate Photo Consent form will be sent through to the school upon registration. Teams require six (6) players on the field and generally, teams have up to 8-10 players.  

Registration costs and inclusions
Registration is per team. Registration pricing is  $80 per team. If a team (not a school, but each team) is supported by a representative from a lacrosse club, then the registration fee is waived. For example: Stanford High School has 3 teams entered, and is supported by Stanford Lacrosse Club, who provides 2 officials for the day, the school is only charged for 1 team registration.
Registration covers field hire, equipment, tournament coordination, first aid, and winners plaques.
Schools need to arrange transport for their students.

Students need to bring
Water, food and drinks
Exercise shoes - cleats (football boots) are recommended however runners are suitable also a spirit for the game

Withdrawing a team
Schools may withdraw a team they have registered by emailing the LV Participation Officer [participation.officer@lacrossevictoria.com.au] directly no later than Friday 27th November 2020.

Invoicing
Invoices for school teams will be sent to schools following the event.

Note
The minimum number of team registrations required for a division to go ahead is four (4). Lacrosse Victoria holds the right to cancel a division if there are not enough participating teams registered in that division. If you have entered a team in a division which does become canceled, you will be notified 2 weeks prior to the event.
