We're going back to old school registration in an effort to keep costs/expenses low. There will be a checklist at the end of this form to help you make sure you have everything you need to bring to the first practice.

2022-2023 Fees

10U: $100 Registration Fee, $150 Fundraising Obligation, $100 Uniform Deposit

12U:  $100 Registration Fee, $200 Fundraising Obligation, $100 Uniform Deposit

14U:  $150 Registration Fee, $250 Fundraising Obligation, $100 Uniform Deposit

18U/Varsity:  $200 Registration Fee, $300 Fundraising Obligation, $100 Uniform Deposit

Communication:

After submitting, you will be provided with links to your team(s) WhatsApp groups. We are going back to using it to communicate with the teams throughout the season and is required.

Playtime Guidelines
As we're working to update our playtime guidelines with the addition of another team, as well as the structure of the players for this season, these are the guidelines set by our athletic director:

10U-12U: This level is considered an introduction for kids and families to the HAACH program. While developing the player’s skills and understanding of teamwork and good sportsmanship, the emphasis should be on having fun and on making sure all kids are allocated approximately equal playtime. Players that are young for 10U (ie: 7-8 years old) may not expect equal playtime as 9-10 year olds BUT will be receiving instruction & appropriate playtime for skill level as determined by the coach.

14U:  Amount of playtime will depend more on athlete’s level of ability and as game situations dictate. If a player does not receive much playing time one game he/she may receive more the next.

18U/Varsity: Amount of playing time is solely at the coach’s discretion. The coach will decide which players at any given time will maximize the “teams’” ability to compete in the games at the highest level. The coach will take into consideration the player's skill level, attitude, attendance at practices and games.

What team is your player registering for?
This is determined by their age as of Sept. 1st as well as by the coach/athletic director. Example: a player that turns 13 on Sept 2nd will try out for the 12U team (12U = players that are 12 and under as of Sept. 1st). 

If your player is playing for multiple teams, register him for his age appropriate team.

Base off of clothing size. We do our best to have the best fit for each player.

Volunteer Opportunities 
We are not a drop-off program and volunteering to help, in some way, is required to participate. 
Volunteering obligations can be fulfilled via your friends, kids, grandparents, players, or parents.
Please check all that you would be willing to volunteer for - this does not mean you'll do every job, but help us spread the load.

We understand that multiple checks can be a pain, but what we have found is that our website's registration system doesn't work well with the way we operate with fundraising & uniform deposits and we incur additional fees. Separate checks help us keep our expenses down.

Registration Fee - This check will be deposited

Fundraising Obligation - This check will be held until fundraising is complete. We will be doing Hungry Howies coupons that are valid state-wide as well as an email/text campaign which was our best fundraiser last year! 
If your player is opting not to fundraise, let us know to deposit this check immediately.

Uniform Deposit - This check will be held until the uniform is returned in satisfactory, reusable condition. Washing instructions will be provided.

We are going back to using WhatsApp for communication this year and Google Calendar for our schedule.

Instructions on website with syncing to your phone. By syncing with your favorite calendar app or downloading the google calendar app, any changes to the calendar will be pushed immediately to your phone.
